A native of Rocky Mount, N.C., Pastor Deborah is the fifth of six children born to the union of the late Rev. Fred A. Bulluck, Sr. and Mother Blanche Dunham Bulluck. She was licensed as an Evangelist in 1987 under the leadership of the late Dr. George B. Rogers of the Isle of Patmos Baptist Church, Washington, D.C.
In 1996, she was ordained as an Elder/Pastor by Bishop Darnell Leach and Co-Pastor Anita Leach of Shiloh Abundant Life Center, Forestville, MD. Pastor Deborah, the Co-Founder of Victory in Jesus Ministries (formerly of Leesburg, Virginia) served as Co-Pastor along side of (her late husband) Pastor Willis Page.
In March of 2004, Pastor Deborah was consecrated as an Associate Pastor of Shiloh Abundant Life Center. At Shiloh, Pastor Deborah serves in the following areas: Covering Elder of Protocol and Leader of the Simeon Lifeline group. She has served as an Instructor of the Shiloh School of Ministry and as Overseer of the Outreach & Evangelism Ministry, the Ministers Council, the Deacons Council and the Singles Ministry.
Pastor Deborah received her B.S. Degree in Business Education from Fayetteville State University in Fayetteville, N.C. where she was inducted into the Delta Xi Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She has also studied at Shiloh Abundant Life School of Ministry, Evangel Church of Upper Marlboro, MD, and the School of Divinity of the Capital Bible Seminary, Lanham, MD.
The Lord has used Pastor Deborah as an instrument to minister various workshops such as: “Renewing Your Passion for Ministry” (workshop for Elders & Ministers), "His Grace Sustains Me and His Mercy Keeps Me", “A Woman’s Concealed Passion”, “After . . . Holiness”, “Saved, Sane and Single”, “Our Father” (a workshop for single parents), "What's Left?" (workshop for widows) and the “Sacrifice of Praise”.
Pastor Deborah's desire is to reach women who have made up their minds to live holy before God, women who have been wounded in marriages and relationships, and men and women who stand in need of deliverance and healing from the Lord. Pastor Deborah carries a burden for lost souls and a commitment to compel those who are lost to a life of victorious living in Christ. She is a servant of God that proclaims, Psalm 34:1 -- I will bless the Lord at all times; his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
